My Town Hall is now complete, so I first built and upgraded my new gold and elixir mining capabilities, then added the new archer tower. The general Clash of Clans building strategy I adhere to is build up mining capabilities, upgrade town halls, add the new buildings, rinse and repeat. We’ll start upgrading defenses and walls soon.
I’ve added my next barracks and started upgrading the size of my resource banks so I can keep chugging along.
Quick analysis on my setup: In the event that I get attacked, I want to disperse my defenses amongst my resources so someone’s troops can’t get everything at once and they need to weed through everything while getting attacked by my archers and cannons. A great Clash of Clash defense involves thinking of where you would personally attack and what would be easiest/hardest to do each time you go and build something new. You’ll learn what this means to yourself after you learn your own methods of attacking, and from watching others attack your base. Everyone has their own methodologies that work equally well, some aren’t so hot.
Keep upgrading your mining capabilities! Don’t worry about upgrading defenses and walls yet. (I had built those few walls when I had some extra gold and I needed to use it before doing a big upgrade, otherwise I would’ve been maxed out).
